Sukay & Associates, Inc., a financial advisory and consulting firm to insurance brokers and banks, announced its recent representation of the Fitzharris Agency, Inc. (“Fitzharris”), a privately-ownedinsurance agency in Farmingdale, New York, in its sale to Brown & Brown, Inc. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
