Sukay & Associates Represents CBS Coverage Group Inc. in its Sale to Assured SKCG, Inc.
(April 11, 2014, Naples FL.) – Tom Sukay, CEO of Sukay & Associates announced that the firm acted as the financial advisor for CBS Coverage Group Inc. in its sale to AssuredPartners Inc. and its subsidiary Assured SKCG Inc. Founded in 1947, CBS has annual revenues of approximately $12 million. Local operations will continue under the leadership of CBS Coverage Group President and CEO Gerry Levy.
Tom Sukay stated that “We first became involved with CBS in February 2013. We instantly established a personal and professional relationship with the executive management team at CBS. We are proud of that relationship and our involvement in the process. It was truly a team effort between Sukay & Associates, the management team at CBS and their legal counsel. .
