Sukay & Associates Represents AxisPointe, LLC in its Sale to
Herbert L. Jamison & Co., L.L.C
(June 16, 2013, Naples FL.) – Sukay & Associates, Inc., a financial advisory and consulting firm to insurance brokerage industry announced its recent representation of AxisPointe, LLC (“AxisPointe”), a group benefits firm, in its sale to Herbert L. Jamison & Co., L.L.C, a subsidiary of Assured Partners.
A leader among full-service benefit firms, AxisPointe serves a large number of companies in Northern New Jersey from its offices in Parsippany, NJ. The President and owner, Aida G. Visakay, will remain with the company and will continue to direct the activities of the office.
