What a great conversation with Mel Warren on our recent episode of “3 Questions”.
Mel provided some very meaningful insight into the process of selling his agency and what life is like after the sale. Our favorite statement (paraphrased):
“Between the partners, we had 90 years of insurance experience. So, it is easy to be skeptical about needing help in going through the process. What you know about the insurance business and what you know about the M&A process are two different things.”
