Sukay & Associates Represents CNC Insurance Associates, Inc. in its Sale to The Hilb Group LLC

(October 20, 2017, Naples FL.) – Tom Sukay, CEO of Sukay & Associates announced that the firm acted as the financial advisor for CNC Insurance Associates, Inc. in its sale to The Hilb Group LLC. Founded in 1978, CNC has annual revenues of approximately $1.3 million. Local operations will continue under the leadership of CNC President Kevin Nemith.

The transaction reinforces Sukay & Associate’s position as the leading financial advisory firm to insurance agencies in the Mid-Atlantic region. Although national in scope, Sukay and Associates has always focused on its foundation marketplace by representing agencies in New York, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland, Delaware, Virginia and Massachusetts.”

Sukay & Associates first established a relationship with CNC several years ago when conducting a review of agencies that maximized its ability to generate business through the utilization of online marketing tools. Kevin Nemith and Sukay President John Biasiello quickly established a relationship that helped enhance the marketing capabilities of both companies. When Kevin Nemith decided to pursue CNC’s strategic alternatives, the choice of Sukay & Associates as CNC’s financial advisor was made easy because of the existing relationship. The CNC deal became the next team effort of financial advisors and legal counsel that differentiates Sukay & Associates from other advisory firms. CNC’s legal counsel was led by Richard Satin of Schnader Harrison Segal & Lewis LLP who is often used as legal counsel by Sukay & Associates clients.
