Sukay & Associates Represents Newbridge Coverage Corp. in its Sale to Patriot Growth Insurance Services
(January 27, 2020, Lewes, DE.) – John Biasiello, President of Sukay & Associates announced today that his firm acted as the financial advisor for Newbridge Coverage Corp. in its sale to Patriot Growth Insurance Services. Newbridge’s agency leaders, Tony Capone, Jim Murphy and John Glanzman, will continue to lead the agency’s associates out of their current office location in Bellmore, NY.
John Biasiello stated that the Newbridge-Patriot deal “was a pleasure to be able to guide Tony, Jim, and John through one of the most challenging and important decisions of their lives.
